Every minute of running water adds to the damage. Turning off the main shut-off stops it while we're on our way, evenings and weekends included.
- Find your main shut-off, usually where the water line comes in, near the meter
- Turn it clockwise until it stops

We do the job, test it with the water on, and leave the space the way we found it.
You call if anything's off
Same number, same people. If something isn't right afterwards, tell us.

Larkhaven Plumbing is two licensed plumbers and two vans. That's the whole company. The person who answers the phone knows plumbing, and the person who comes to your house is the one who stands behind the work.

Most of our customers live in town or within roughly half an hour's drive. That keeps us close enough to reach you quickly when water is on the floor.
Just outside that? Call and ask. We'd rather tell you honestly than keep you waiting.
What area do you serve?
We're based in Larkhaven, Ontario, and most of our customers are homeowners within about 30 minutes of town. If you're not sure you're in range, call and ask. We'll tell you straight.
Do you take emergency calls?
Yes, evenings and weekends. If water is coming in or you have no water at all, call rather than sending the form, so we can talk you through shutting things off while we're on the way.
Do you work on tankless water heaters?
Yes. We repair and install both tank and tankless water heaters. If you're deciding between the two, we'll walk you through what each would mean for your house.
Do you do commercial work?
We're a residential plumber. Our work is in people's homes: kitchens, bathrooms, basements and everything in between.
Can you do the plumbing for my bathroom renovation?
Yes. We do bathroom rough-ins: the new supply and drain lines, set where your layout needs them, ready for the walls and floor to close up. Send us your plan and we'll talk it through.
